ABOUT KEVIN

My name is Kevin Lenhardt, Associate Broker and part owner of The Property Exchange. I have been calling Wyoming home since 1960. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate professional in 2004, I was an owner in a family business here in Cheyenne. The experience I acquired while working in this community has provided me with a thorough knowledge of the businesses, location, neighborhoods and people of Cheyenne and the surrounding areas, which have contributed to my capabilities in providing valuable real estate service.

In addition to business and community knowledge, equally important assets have guided me through more than 25 years in my professional career. Honesty, integrity, professionalism and excellent customer service are standards I base my work on as your realtor.

My wife, Nancy, and I have been married since 1978 and we have two children, Mark and Kristen. Mark graduated from Mesa State College where he played football and received his Bachelor of Science degree in history education. He has now accompanied his undergraduate degree with a Master of Science in education administration as he continues coaching college football at the University of Mary in North Dakota. Kristen graduated from the University of Wyoming where she was captain of the UW Women’s Basketball team and received a degree in communication. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in technical communication and journalism while working for the BLM in Arizona.
